Subsidy Slab Structures
Central government subsidies are structured as flat cash backs for systems up to 3kW capacity.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be an active residential grid connection customer.
- Adequate concrete or metal rooftop space free from surrounding shadows.
- No existing solar installation subsidy claimed under past central programs.
Documents Required
- 1Latest Electricity Bill (Name must match applicant's proof)
- 2Aadhaar Card / Proof of Identity
- 3Passport Size Photograph of the applicant
- 4Copy of Bank Passbook or Cancelled Cheque (for subsidy disbursement)
- 5Proof of rooftop ownership (tax receipt or lease document)
Application Process
Register on National Portal
Create consumer profile on pmsuryaghar.gov.in selecting your DISCOM and account ID.
Select Registered Vendor
Choose an approved solar EPC vendor (like SolarVista) to design and install the plant.
DISCOM Approval
Submit installation layout. DISCOM reviews grid load suitability and issues approval.
Installation & Sync
Approved setup completed. Application is filed for bidirectional net meter setup.
Physical Inspection
DISCOM engineers inspect installation quality and net meter calibration.
Subsidy Credited
Commissioning report generated on portal. Subsidy is sent to your account in 30 days.
